New Prodigy Track
After a four year break, Prodigy is back, with details of their studio album Invaders Must Die. The album, set for release on March 3, even features Dave Grohl on drums for the track, "Run With The Wolves."

Scott Weiland Stream
Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland has a new solo record coming out on Tuesday (November 25th), and you can hear the whole thing now streaming on his Myspace.
Stephen Colbert Xmas Song
Stephen Colbert, who has a Christmas special airing on Friday (November 21), has thrown out the very funny track, “Another Christmas Song,” about how easily you can make money off of a mediocre Christmas song. “Another Christmas Song” will be available digitally on iTunes as a part of A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All soundtrack, due on November 25, but you can listen here
Another MGMT Remix
MGMT have been THE most remixed band of the year, and now Jim James takes his stab at "Electric Feel."
New Rivers Cuomo (Weezer)
We've been talking about the new Rivers Cuomo record, with solo demos he's collected over the years. He's now streaming the new single, "My Brain Is Working Overtime" on his Myspace page. Look for Alone II to come out 11/25.
 
New Killers Tracks
Several tracks have sprung a leak with the new Killers record Day and Age.
Bloggers have been putting together write-ups on the bands November 22nd release, with a taste of some new tracks, including "Spaceman," and "Human."
Radiohead Frontman Gives Out Free Track
Thom Yorke of Radiohead has given out a free track in celebration of Barack Obama's victory.
As some of his solo record The Eraser was inspired by the Bush Administration, he gives us one of those, a remix of "Harrowdown Hill."
New Shiny Toy Guns Tracks
The new Shiny Toy Guns record Season Of Poison came out this week (Nov 4th), and it brings a more dark texture to their catalog.

Hear three new tracks-the single "Ricochet," a remix of that song and another highlight off the record, "Frozen Oceans." Go here

Coldplay's "Lost Jay-Z Remix"
That new EP that has been much talked about from Coldplay, Prospeckt March will be out soon. We get a tease of the new record with the Jay-Z remix of their new single "Lost," here.
Eminem is Back
Eminem's new track "I'm Having A Relapse" is leaking all over the place, and we got that and a few details. First, his next album will be titled Relapse. Also Eminem said that Dr. Dre produced most of the record so he could concentrate on his lyrics. It would be the first Eminem release since 2004's Encore. Rumor has it that the album could be out before the end of the year.

Of Montreal Covers Nirvana
Kevin Barnes and the crew in popular indie band Of Montreal have covered the untouchable Nirvana classic "Smeels Like Teen Spirit," and believe me, it's not what you would expect.

Paramore Debut New Song
Paramore’s contribution to the vampire flick Twilight is now online and streaming  “Decode,” which you can listen to over at the Website of Twilight author Stephenie Meyer, is the first track off the film’s soundtrack, due on shelves November 4th. Paramore’s Hayley Williams said, “I chose the title ‘Decode’ because the song is about the building tension, awkwardness, anger and confusion between Bella and Edward.” Twilight the film enters theaters November 21st.

New Vampire Weekend-Ottoman
Finally some new music from Vampire Weekend.

They have included some brand new stuff called "Ottoman" from the Nick and Norah Infinite Playlist soundtrack.

Jay-Z/Oasis Mashup Album
A new mixtape mixing the music of Oasis and Jay-Z – Cookin' Soul's 'Ojayziz' – is available to download now.

The mixtape is inspired by the famous spat between the rapper and Oasis' Noel Gallagher.

Noel Gallagher said Jay-Z was "wrong" for Glastonbury – the festival the rapper headlined earlier this year.

Jay-Z responded by opening his Glastonbury set with 'Wonderwall' and then later rapping about Noel Gallagher.

A new Wilco song has surfaced, as they perfomed it live at Lollapalooza last weekend called "One Wing." 






There's been a rumored collaboration between Muse and The Streets, and now it has surfaced. It's a song called "Who Knows Who," and we hear it may not show up on either bands new record. Take a listen.





Lollapalooza took place this past weekend (August 1st-3rd) at Grant Park in Chicago, and was a huge success. It was the first sellout in years, thanks to bands like Rage Against the Machine, Radiohead and Nine Inch Nails taking part.
